On occasion when magnetic driver head or miniature becomes unfit for use or on occasion of precise operation of miniature screws, the vacuum attractor can be used for assisted operation.
The effect will even better when using a screw table or screw auto feeder.
It is easy to assemble and disassemble without any tool and easy to set torque.

HIMAX SUCTION ATTACHMENT

Suction attachment can be installed in front of HIMAX TL series electric screwdrivers.
With vacuum pump, suction attachment can suck the screws at the copper nozzle and make it easy to proceed assembly operation.

In the situation when the magnetic bits can't be applied, or on the accurate operation with tiny screws, users can use suction attachment with vacuum pump to assist the assembly works.

Suction attachment can provide better performance when used with screw sieve plate and automatic screw feeder.

You don't need any tools to assemble and take apart this attachment. It can also adjust the torque of the electric screwdrivers easily.
